The story is: Man legally pays to kill a lion. Lion turns out to have a name. Social Media is outraged at a man who kills the named lion.
Things we should be outraged about: 1) You can pay to kill a lion. 2) Our world economic situation allows and even encourages this to happen.
I get it. It is easier to be upset at a person than a system, but I want social media to sit down and think really long and hard about what outrage is good for.
